Torch or Flambeau has a site full of absolutely gorgeous fics.  I'd like to particularly recommend her Remus/Sirius A Bright Particular Star, one of my favorite Aziraphale/Crowley fics yet And When He Falls, a Sir Gawain/Green Knight Arthurian fic Sweetly and Steadily, as well as some brilliant Jeeves/Wooster humour like As Virtuous Men Pass.  Plus many more in other fandoms.  Go see!
