Fanfiction for Tygati's Dragon Stories based on some characters mentioned in Grey Dragon, Teynaise's nursemaid/Protectors.

Note: Femmeslash, set directly after the Incident when Teynaise was two. 630 words.

Pretty

 

Buidhe hummed absentmindedly, resharpening a yellow claw that had snapped on the would-be assassin’s blade before she had removed his arm.  Try and hurt her Small Prince, would he?  The Wind Lord’s Miro had been a little upset about the attacker’s death, as had Deyllgo.  Probably because he hadn’t had a chance to punish the Bad Human first.  Oh well.  Siannion was singing in the other room and everything was calm now.  Dithean was taking her turn to watch the outer room, which meant that any time now...

Two arms snaked around her, opalescent scales shimmering.  Mmm...  Buidhe grinned, reaching back to stroke Rionnag’s side.  “Are the humans gone now?”

“Yes—they found Other Things to do after Deyllgo made them clean the room.”  Rionnag nipped at the tip of Buidhe’s ear, blowing tawny yellow hair out of her way.  “You are a good Protector, Buidhe.  Come play now?”

Buidhe grinned and shifted around in Rionnag’s arms until she was facing the shorter woman.  “I like playing.  Swim?”

Rionnag’s eyes slitted appreciatively as her hands started freeing the buttons of the confining clothing.  “Poor little Teynaise.  The humans are stupid about clothes.”

“It can be amusing,” Buidhe pointed out, though she was distracted by the ties on her own shirt.

Blue-sheened white veiled her vision as Rionnag got tired of waiting and bent her head over Buidhe’s hand.  “Pah.  Not enough to matter.”  With a treble growl, she slit the shirt open with one claw and impatiently pushed it away from her lover’s shoulders.  “Come ON.”

Quickly shedding their loose pants, the two females launched themselves from the balcony and transformed, soaring seaward.  Rionnag’s blue-white scales shed starlight shimmers in Buidhe’s vision and she looped around her lover, knocking her spinning a little with the downdraft of her wings.  Rionnag dropped suddenly, making Buidhe backwing hurriedly, then flipped into an aerial somersault.  The rumble of dragon-laughter followed them across the city.

After a romp in the rising tide that left them panting and salty, Rionnag pounced on Buidhe, tripping the taller woman backward onto a piece of sailcloth they had taken to leaving on the beach for Naps and other Amusements.  She laughed as Buidhe’s eyes flashed nearly golden, then kissed her, lapping and nipping at her mouth.

“Mmm...”  The yellow dragon’s wicked tongue traced down to Rionnag’s collarbone, her teeth nipping gently.  “Best taste,” Buidhe added, lazily.  “Pretty Star.”

The shuddering hitch of breath was Rionnag’s only answer, her hands tracing through Buidhe’s hair.  Buidhe arranged her lover across her lap, Rionnag’s knees clenching encouragingly at her hips whenever Buidhe’s tongue did something particularly Nice.  She kissed the place where Rionnag’s heartbeat felt strongest, then traced her way down over the soft swell of Rionnag’s breast.  It was nice this way, no matter how intriguing it was to watch the way the serving maid’s chest bounced, large, soft, and jiggling.  This was her Warrior, lean and solid. 

“Pretty...” Rionnag breathed above her.

Buidhe paused in tracing whorls across that prettypretty chest and looked up.  Rionnag’s arms were shaking slightly, her hands digging into Buidhe’s shoulders a little, but her eyes, a pale blue-white like the rest of her that so unnerved some of the court, stared down at her unblinking and slightly glazed with want.  Buidhe sighed happily, cheeks heating, and tipped them both over sideways before crawling lower to continue making designs.  It made Rionnag make such Pretty Noises.  And then it would be her turn and she could make noises that made Rionnag happy.  Buidhe grinned, and nipped, and heard the whimper above her head before taking the abused bit in her mouth and playing with it with her tongue, one hand creeping up to trace a claw gently in circles on the other breast.

This is nice, I like it. It's not often I find femslash, and when I do, I generally enjoy it, especially with something like the dragons from tygati's verse. ^__^ Much cuteness. I like it.

Well, normally I don't either, although I admit that some of the things tygati and maderr write makes me want to just take up a pen and write my own little story. But I have a weakness for dragons...and I love femslash, since I never read or see enough of it. Maybe that's why I write so much of it...

You do femslash? I'll have to pop by your journal and check it out. I haven't posted my best ones, because I'm hoping to try getting them published at some point. There are some good archives, though.

Yeah, many authors of slash universes don't really expand on the women so much. That's their prerogative, of course, but I like pretty women as well as pretty men, so... ^_^ Besides, the girls have to have loveys too, since all the boys are off playing with each other.
