1. Why do you dislike #10 so much? (Jack Aubrey/Stephen Maturin)
Jack is straight. Totally, canonically straight. He does not understand m/m attraction at all. They are very close and brothers-in-all-but-blood, but would not and could not get it on while in character.
2. Who do you know that ships #13? (Edmund Pevensie/Caspian X)
Trojiiiie.
3. What would be your ideal scenario for couple #3? (Booster Gold/Blue Beetle)
Dorky hijinks followed by brilliant mechanical messing about concluding with messy sex. Omnomnom.
4. What is your favorite moment for #1? (Benton Fraser/Ray Kowalski)
When they ride off into the sunrise on the dogsled, off for more adventures. <3
5. How long have you been following couple #6? (Aziraphale/Crowley)
At least six years now.
6. What's the story with #8? What made you stop caring? (Aragorn/Éowyn)
Read through the books again and realized I liked them better with their canonical spouses. Éowyn especially will have a much better time married to Faramir.
7. Which ship do you prefer--#2 or #4? (James T. Kirk/Leonard H. McCoy or Polly Perks/Maladicta)
Depends on whether I'm in the mood for men or women. There's a lot more fic for Jim and Bones, though, so they tend to be my standby.
8. You have the power to make one ship non-existent. Choose from #10 or #12. (Jack Aubrey/Stephen Maturin or Jack Sparrow/Will Turner)
Jack A./Stephen breaks canon more than Jack S./Will, so the former must go, even though the latter annoys me almost as much for the inherent disparagement of Will and Elizabeth's relationship.
9. What interests you about #14? (Kato/Britt Reid)
Dorky guys playing superhero are always relevant to my interests and Kato is made of awesome (but still such a boy). I would like to see how that would fall out.
10. When did you stop liking #7? (Han Solo/Luke Skywalker)
I've never been really into Star Wars fic, mainly because I found that the Extended Universe satisfied my need for more story pretty thoroughly. I read a few Han/Luke pieces that were very sexy, but I'm too fond of Han and Leia together to really go for them.
11. Did your waning interest in #9 kill your interest in the series? (Hermione Granger/Ginny Weasley)
Nope, not really. Just shifted shipping.
12. What's a song that reminds you of #1? (Benton Fraser/Ray Kowalski)
“Northwest Passage” sung by basically anyone, but especially Paul Gross, obviously.
13. Which of these ships do you love the most right now?
Fraser/Kowalski, though I need to reread some of my favorites in the other fandoms as well.

Fraser/Kowalski and Polly/Maladicta would be an interesting combination. They could talk about policing vs. military service and the power of belief.

Technically, canonically... no. (Rats. They totally should)

They had an ending open to possibilities. That isn't bad.

Trojie started ficcing it, so I was open to the possibility, and then VoDT was full of significant boy-looks...
19. If only one could happen, which would you prefer--#2 or #6? (Kirk/McCoy or Aziraphale/Crowley)
I would really really like to see Jim and Bones get together. a) Hnngh, sexy. b) It gratifies my naughty streak to see icons of masculinity getting it on with each other. c) Aziraphale and Crowley are win no matter what form their relationship takes – they have six thousand years to get to know each other. While Jim and Bones are also win, their win increases slightly if they are sexing because both of them could really do with a sexual relationship with someone who both likes and loves them, but won't put up with their shit. d) Omnomnom.
