1. What are your reasons for having a LJ?
I wanted someplace private to post stuff I had written that I wouldn't necessarily show to my friends. Now, of course, I have friends who know all about some of the weird things that go on in my head and I'm moderately active in fandom. Also, it's a good place to collect fanfic and other cool things I find on LJ.
2. What do you do before bedtime.
Read...various things. *cough*
3. What would you do with a million dollars?
Pay my grad school tuition. Probably help out a few other people who need tuition help. Save the rest for house-type stuff in a few years. (Except for a thousand for armor that fits properly.)
4. What is the city of your dreams and why?
I'm actually very fond of my hometown--I could happily live here the rest of my life. I like the hippy-college-town thing, the area, and the size.
5. Are you an introvert or extrovert?
Introvert. I'm pretty good at pretending otherwise when I need to, though.
6. What do you like about school?
I find many things fascinating, so getting credit for learning about them is pretty neat. Also...well, there were important people at college, but I graduated.
7. Do you trust easily?
People start out with benefit of the doubt unless there is obvious asshattery. After that...no.
8. What is your earliest memory?
I remember looking for easter eggs indoors. That was my brother's birth, when I was two and staying over at a friend's house while my mum was in hospital for it.
9. Is there anything that has made you unhappy these days?
Distances. Jerks. Ignorance, especially willful ignorance. Ah...and plumbing and the lack of functioning thereof.

Soup. I like soup.

Working at a library! Hopefully in Montana.

I'm kind, generally, and pretty easygoing most of the time. I'm get at getting along with others unless re: above obvious asshattery. I'm excited about reading and the critical thinking it can engender.

Married and poor is okay.

Er, yeah, internet wins... Procrastination tool number one.

I really like finding something to give somebody else that suits them and that they will enjoy.

Very, very infrequently. I just wander around looking hurt and unhappy and hope they fix it?
