Deleted scenes? Canon? No way! I just came up with it independently from watching Jake's interactions, esp. with Mickey after Ricky died. Seemed very possible to me is all. Do you know where I could find some fic?
Like I said, I've read Rose/Doctor fics with Jake/Mickey in the background, but no idea where to find fic focusing on just them... Hmm, shall have to poke around for some. I want to read it now, too. :D
